Our Produce Tasmanian produce is exceptional, grown in rich basalt soils, cleanest air and purest water on earth.
Our fish is sourced from Petuna who believes strongly in sustainability and the marine environment.
The beef, chicken and venison are all supplied by reputable Tasmanian farms as well as our fruit, vegetables and herbs.
Chocolate used on this menu is sourced from Anvers in Latrobe. The chocolate factory is a must to visit.
Our ice cream and desserts are all made onsite by our pastry chef. Our food philosophy is to respect the produce and represent it as best we can.
We change our menu regularly to reflect and respect the changing Tasmanian produce opting for a constantly evolving approach.
