The full terms and conditions of the building restrictions are contained in the contract of sale. Enjoy a quiet picnic at the nearby Dell or one of the many family-friendly Bellarine beaches. Explore the rockpools, collect a few shells, have a paddle or a swim, and breathe in the salty sea air.

Walk or ride along the Bellarine Rail Trail, rated by www.railtrails.net.au as “Australia’s best rail trail”. Curlewis is at the midpoint of this superb 34km shared pathway for cyclists, walkers and horses stretching from South Geelong Station, just two kilometres from the city centre, to Queenscliff at the entrance to Port Phillip Bay. Play a round of golf at nearby Curlewis, rated one of the top 50 public access courses in Australia. It’s one of many highly rated golf courses across the Bellarine. Head for the sparkling waters of Port Phillip Bay. Whether you like boating, fishing, diving, snorkelling or surfing, you’ll find a magic spot to pursue your pastime. The Clifton Springs Boat Harbour, a short walk from Baywater Estate, has all the boating and fishing facilities you need.
