Personal Development Workshop: April 27th, 12:00pm
American Legion Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser: April 28 th, 7:30am
Personal Interviews with Judges: May 4th, 12:00pm
Fairest of the Fair Final Judging and Coronation: May 5 th, 3:00pm
1. The winner and attendant will be required to attend the following events (tasks may be assigned at each event):
Marshfield Mayor’s Dairyfest Breakfast: May 31
Marshfield Dairyfest Parade: June 1
Marshfield FFA Alumni Dairy Breakfast: Date TBD
Pittsville FFA Alumni Dairy Breakfast: June 16*
Wisconsin Rapids Cranberry Blossom Festival Parade: June 23
Auburndale FFA Dairy Breakfast: June 23*
Pittsville 4th of July Parade: July 4
Fairest Reunion Day – WI State Fair: Date TBD (Fairest Only)
Central Wisconsin State Fair: August 20 – 25

*Official dates TBD The winner and attendant is encouraged to represent The Central Wisconsin State Fair/Wood County at surrounding community festivals but must coordinate these events with the fair office in advance. Other events may be added by the Fairest of the Fair Committee. The winner and attendant will also be expected to attend regular Fairest Committee meetings as well as assisting with keeping our Facebook page up to date. If a contestant is named as Central Wisconsin State Fair/Wood County’s Fairest of the Fair and for any reason cannot fulfill the duties of this position, as outlined above, for the entire term (one year), the Central Wisconsin State Fair/Wood County Fairest of the Fair will forfeit all cash prizes and any other prizes that have been awarded with the position. All of these awards will be returned to the Central Wisconsin State Fair office within 21 days of termination of this position. At this point, the attendant will become eligible to serve as the Central Wisconsin State Fair/Wood County’s Fairest of the Fair. I have read and understand the above program obligations, and if I become the Central Wisconsin State Fair/Wood County Fairest of the Fair, I will follow through with the listed obligations.
