TEAM ENTRANCE Team entrance will be next to Up at the O2 (on the left as you approach the main entrance of the O2 dome). You will need to collect your lanyard here. LANYARDS We will only use lanyards (no wristbands), which you must wear at all times whilst at conference. Please allow 30 minutes for check in, walking to the team zone and getting through the cloakroom queue. There is a £25 replacement cost if your lanyard is lost. TEAM ZONE In the Team Zone, you will find: The volunteer chill out zone and the team zone catering Volunteer T-shirts & radios (for specific teams) TEAM CATERING You must check with your team leader for your food voucher or other catering arrangements. To saving you walking all the way to Greenwich for a decent coffee, we will have freshly brewed coffee available in the Team Zone. TEAM CLOAKROOM The team cloakroom is the tunnel room just past the Team Zone. There will be space to drop your bags but please note space is limited so only bring the bare essentials with you to the O2. For security reasons, please leave any valuables at home. BAGS AND SECURITY Because of heightened security, the venue recommends bringing no bags or one small bag no larger than a standard carry on (35cm x 40cm x 19cm). Please allow extra time for ALL bags to be scanned or searched through the team entrance. NO LUGGAGE will be allowed in the venue. Luggage storage in CAR PARK 1 is free for volunteers (you will need to show your volunteer pass). TEAM SEATING COMMUNITY This year, we have reserved the best seats in the house just for our team! You can sit together in sections 107 and 108 throughout the conference. We will be giving away 4 x Five Guys + Conference 2019 Prize Packages to those sitting in the “Team Seating Community”. 2019 VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION You can auto-register to volunteer at Conference 2019 using the QR code on your lanyard at any registration point. You can also register at www.hillsong.co.uk/volunteer. Make sure you register at conference for the most affordable rate.
