In connection with the international activities of Vistra we are able to offer a vertical integration from fund level to the property level and deliver a wide range of real estate services.

Our property management team of 60 employees, look after approximately 1.5 million sqm of rental area. From Soest and Berlin we service real estate investments all over Germany and Switzerland for our national and international clients. Asset classes include retail, office and logistic properties.
