Any child aged 3 through 5 years who is eligible for and receiving special education and related services through a school district is considered to be receiving PPCD services. PPCD refers to the services provided by the school district, not to the place where they are provided. Eligible children may receive PPCD services in a variety of settings.

ARD Committee determines placement. Special Education Students continue to have access to regular vocational programs appropriate for middle and high school students as per ARD Committee decisions. All students, when appropriate and as per ARD Committee decisions, have access to occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling and a variety of other related specialized services.
