plans, preparation, menu planning and costing, equipment control, bookings and budgets
· fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach · work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards. If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric or equivalent (NQF 4); good numeracy, verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); a tertiary qualification or diploma in hospitality management or similar; at least two to four years’ experience in a similar role.
