Negotiations Committee - President Nunziato reported that members of the Negotiations Committee met with members of the Port Authority's negotiating team on Monday, June 22, 2015 before the Port Authority Labor Relations Chairman in Newark. Present for the Association were the President, 1st VP, 2nd VP, the Treasurer and our attorneys. The Port Authority tried to argue before the Chairman that we were not at impasse which I quickly reminded them that we were and we needed to proceed forward. The Port Authority filed a Scope petition before the Panel challenging every contract clause and all letter agreements reached with the Port Authority including one that the Port Authority asked the PBA for on June 10 of this year. The PBA Negotiating Committee met today and we continue to prepare for arbitration. Election

Medical Restricted Positions - President Nunziato reported that the Port Authority has once again changed its position and is now returning MR Officers back to work in excess of the 10 negotiated contractual positions. Officers returned outside the contractual positions will be returned to their normal

NEW BUSINESS:
President Nunziato reported that the
PBA was going to be mailing out a
9/11
First Responder Injury/Illness survey. President Nunziato thanked Trustee Brett Porigow for helping with the survey. The PBA is looking to compile a database of our members who responded to the 9/11 WTC attacks whether on PAPD or another job. The database will be used to track illnesses and other health problems related to 9/11. Your name will not be released as part of the
survey. The survey will also make sure that our members are signed up for the 9/11 Mec.ical Monitoring Program and 9/11 Presumptive Disability. President Nunziato not
