2 Cut 4¼”x2½” black cardstock panel and 41/8”x23/8” striped paper panel. Adhere panels together and wrap with orange ribbon, adhering ends at back. Adhere panel to card ½” from bottom edge.

click here! 3 Distress bingo card edges with scissors blade held perpendicular to edge. Sponge edges with Tangerine ink. Adhere to left side of card on angle. TIP: Use the same card design to create bingo card-inspired greetings for all the remaining months of the year. Bingo card set includes all twelve! Use for major holidays, birthdays, etc. 4 Die cut Nested Lacey Pennant #3 from black cardstock. Die cut Nested Pennant #3 from Jack-o’-Lantern paper. Adhere pennants together; adhere to card with foam tape.
5 Stamp Tuxedo Black sentiment onto white cardstock. Die cut sentiment into Ribbon Banner #3 shape. Before removing die template, stencil openings with Charcoal ink using sponge dauber. Adhere banner to card over tip of pennant. 6 Tie string through each button. Adhere buttons to pennant with glue; let dry. 7 Tie twine into bow around one loop on lacey pennant. 8 Use photo as guide to decorate inside of card and matching envelope.
