Dear Sponsors, Visions Parents Association is hosting our SUPERHERO 5K Run and 1Mile Fun Walk on the beautiful grounds of the Burlington County Fairgrounds in Columbus, NJ on Saturday April 20, 2019. We are looking for Sponsors to help make the run/walk a huge success. The Visions Parents Association (“VPA”) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization committed to making it possible for all gymnasts to follow their dreams & desires to compete in a top-rated competitive gymnastics program at Envision Gymnastics, LLC. The VPA is a separate entity and is not managed nor directed by Envision Gymnastics, LLC. All money raised will support the USAG competitive teams of Envision Gymnastics, LLC. We are expecting 100 – 175 runners of all levels from the immediate Burlington County and neighboring Counties. This race tailors to more experienced runners all the way to families with younger kids in strollers. It’s designed to be both competitive and fun at the same time! Due to the nature of the race, we are expecting 35% of the runners to be youth runners accompanied by their parents.

SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS This SUPERHERO 5K Race Sponsorship Contract (the “Contract") states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between your company (the “SPONSOR”) and Visions Parents Association, Inc. (the "Host") who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. WHEREAS, the Host is conducting the SUPERHERO 5K Race, on SATURDAY, AUGUST 20, 2019 (the “Event"); and WHEREAS, the Sponsor agrees to sponsor the Event according to the terms and conditions herein. NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, the Company and the Sponsor (individually, each a “Party" and collectively, the “Parties") covenant and agree as follows: Contribution The total contribution provided by the Sponsor is indicated in the level selected above, to be paid in full with this signed agreement. Term/Termination This Contract will terminate automatically upon 30 days of implementation. Changes/Cancellations Any changes made to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by all parties. There are no refunds for this Race.
