C.O.R.E. Identity: The Inner Roots of a Balanced Life
Janice Staab, Philosophical Counselor and Life Coach, Life Signs Coaching For most of us, life is a juggling act. We’re constantly tossing personal and professional balls in the air, trying desperately to keep them from falling or landing on our heads. When nothing falls on or around us, we call that balance. We’ve met the expectations and needs of others. We’ve failed no one. But, we’re utterly exhausted and dreading the next day when the balancing act begins all over again. Our identity gets so wrapped up in this performance that our needs and desires are often lost. Stop performing and trying to put on a perfect show! Throw off this mistaken identity and start living from your CORE: Communication, Ownership, Resilience, and Engagement.
