The role of the VIC Projects Coordinator involves managing a passionate team of volunteers. As a team, you will be building relationships with external organisations and community groups to promote Oaktree’s campaigns. You will also be involved in branch activities and . correspondence with our national team

As the Projects Coordinator, a typical day might look like: • Having a 1:1 with a member of your team going through weekly priorities and targets. • Dialling into a telco with coordinators from across the country to discuss how a new fundraising

strategy could be implemented in Victoria. • Contacting a school or college to talk about their participation in our next fundraiser, • Running a workshop with high school students. • Maintaining a positive and supportive culture within the Projects Team
• Help lead Oaktree’s vision and strategy in Victoria • Learn how to effectively communicate fundraising tasks of major organisations • Become highly skilled in using campaigning technology such as NationBuilder • Gain invaluable experience in project management and leadership • Make a significant impact in Australia and globally to bring about a world where all people have the opportunity to thrive
TIME COMMITMENT
2 days per week (Monday and Friday) | This is a voluntary position
