Dates for our event are May 26th, 27th and 28th, 2017 Gates open at 5:00 to the public each evening, and this year we will be hosting a concert each night after the rodeo performance. Space is in a designated area; no matter where we assign you, every person attending will go by your area to get to their seating. We do not duplicate vendors. Each vendor is responsible for their own display area; no tables or chairs are provided. Electricity is available if needed; you must provide your own heavy, waterproof extension cords. You will need to advise us in advance that you will need electrical hookup and what you need. Please call Linda Caffey 918-740-8601 to make sure we can accommodate your electrical needs. This event is outdoors so you will need to make sure you consider weather conditions.
