The PAL (Parents At Lunch) program needs some more parents to volunteer during Meads Mill lunch time!!! There really isn't much to it-- come around 10:50, sign in at the office, grab a PAL lanyard and walkie-talkie, and head toward the cafeteria. Mr. Shambleau is in the cafeteria and usually the PAL parents sit in the hallway outside the cafeteria, just as another presence. The kids that leave the lunchroom will show you passes or Mr. Shambleau will let you know over the walkie-talkie. You don't have to do anything except sit there! But having that presence does help lunch run more smoothly and Mr. Shambleau and Mr. O'Neill really appreciate the help. You are done by 12:25. Even if you can help out just once a month, that would be wonderful! Grab a friend and catch up while you help Meads Mill! Questions? Contact Kristen Goodman at 248-662-5610 or
[email protected]. Thank you!!
