TENTATIVE RENEWAL AGREEMENT REACHED

Your bargaining committee met with the Employer again on November 28th for a second day of mediation. We are pleased to advise that, with the assistance of the Mediator, a tentative agreement has been reached. The agreement meets members' highest priorities, including a pension plan and wage increases. A ratification vote will be held at the worksite on January 9, 2019. A bulletin with full details of the tentative agreement and the vote, with explanations of all the agreed changes will be sent to members via email and regular mail within the next two weeks. If you have not been receiving information from the Union via email and regular mail, it means that the Union does not have a current email or mailing address for you.
