CONTRACT AND OBLIGATION AGREEMENT By signing this agreement, the PDP member agrees to fulfill a minimum twelve (12) month obligation. Termination prior to the twelve (12) month period will automatically result in the amount of the remaining monthly fees inside said twelve (12) month obligation. An Annual commitment required. Payment will be in full or processed monthly via on-file Credit Card or Bank Account. No cancellations or refunds. First month plus last two months will be charged upon initial registration. Upon completion of initial term of 12 months program will revert to a month to month basis. Conditions of Membership. Twilight time will vary due to seasonal changes. Play is available on a walk-up and space available only basis. Reservations not accepted. PDP Player Fee not valid with any other discount, league, or outing. Must check in at Golf Shop prior to play or range use. PDP Player Fee of $10 required per round. Use of Practice Facility may be limited or temporarily closed for maintenance, weather or special events. Benefits are for members only. Other parties must pay current effective range and golf rates. Sharing of range balls is not allowed. Membership is nontransferable. Monthly Membership expires one year from original activation date detailed on this agreement. Membership for pre-payment of one-time initial fee expires 12/31/19. By signing this agreement the PDP member authorizes White Deer management to charge the monthly fee corresponding to the program checked above. Monthly payment will be processed via on-file credit card within the first five (5) days of each month. Any changes in credit card information must be reported to White Deer management immediately. If a credit card is declined for any reason, the PDP member will be subject to immediate suspension from the PDP until the monthly payment plus a $25 administrative fee is received. White Deer reserves the right to terminate without refund memberships deemed to be in violation of program terms and conditions.
