2018 - 2019 Obligations

Obligations The Rodeo Queen, Teen, Princess and Junior Princess will be obligated to represent the North Texas Fair & Rodeo (NTFR) from August 2018 to August 2019 by:  Grand Entry Representation: Queen/Teen – 5 minimum (3 of 5 being PRCA) Princess/Junior Princess – 3 minimum (1 of 3 being PRCA) Accompany each representation by either a photograph or an autograph from the Announcer, Rodeo Secretary or Clown of the event.  Complete 1 Community Service Project Example: Assist with a local Rodeo, Special Olympics or other Volunteer event. Photograph of service must be presented at Orientation the following year  2019 North Texas Fair & Rodeo Events which include the following: All 2019 Rodeo Royalty Contest Events 2019 NTFR PRCA Rodeo Grand Entries 2019 NTFR Parade  Parade Representation 3 parade representations for events other than NTFR  Additional Appearances may be requested by Queen Coordinator/CoCoordinator to represent NTFR throughout the year. Title holders are not limited to the above representations. If for any reason these obligations cannot be fulfilled, the title holder or authorized guardian must contact the Coordinator(s) to state why the obligations cannot be fulfilled. In default of not fulfilling your obligations to represent the NTFR, the titleholder may lose their title and prizes. The title and prizes will then be handed to the 1st runner up in the appropriate age group. If for some reason I cannot fulfill my duties as a titleholder, I understand that I will have to forfeit and return my title, crown and all appropriate awards to the NTFR Rodeo Roylaty Coordinators.
