4. Pricing: ServSafe Certification Class + Exam = $135 Recertification (Exam Only) = $ 95. If this is your first time to take the Exam, you MUST take the class before taking the exam. If you are renewing your Certificate, you must provide documentation of previous class attendance. Group discounted pricing available. Private classes available. 5. Cancellation Policy: a. Enrollments within two weeks of the Exam/Class date will not be eligible for refunds. b. Cancellations within two weeks of the Exam/Class date will not be eligible for refunds. c. All other cancellations are refundable but are subject to a $45 Cancellation Fee per student. d. If you are more than thirty (30) minutes late for the class, you forfeit taking the class and the examination and will not be eligible for any refunds. If you call to reschedule and retake the exam within 72 hours of the forfeited exam date, you can retake the Exam at a discounted price of $45. 6. Others: a. Three (3) hours are allotted for you to take the Exam. b. Credit Card Payments will have a 3% Transaction Fee. 6. Group Enrollees: a. If you have more than one (1) enrollee, please use the student enrollee roster on the third page. b. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. This deposit is applicable towards the total balance due. c. Please use the maximum number of expected enrollees when you register to ensure exam materials for all exam-takers. d. Final student enrollee roster and payments are due seven (7) days before the exam date.
