BRIDAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
Thank you for making Sasha Bella Spa and Dry Bar your choice for your Bridal needs! To make sure we are able to fulfill your needs on your special day, we request that you read, print and sign this agreement. You can bring it to us in person or email it to
[email protected] so we may begin the scheduling as soon as possible. Our salon services are booked quite far in advance therefore any changes within 30 days may not be possible. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process. In order to reserve your wedding date, we will need a deposit of 50% of the total services. If there are any Travel, Sunday or Holiday fees incurred, they will also be due at this time also. Once we have received your deposit along with this Bridal Services Agreement, we can begin the scheduling process. The deposit and fees due will be credited to the Bride’s account at Sasha Bella Spa and Dry Bar and will remain on account until your wedding day. The balance for the entire bridal party is due a minimum of 5 days prior to wedding day. Payment for any services added on the day of the wedding will be collected at that time. The deposit is nonrefundable. We offer preview sessions that take approximately 2 ½ hours for both hair and makeup. Please wear white or ivory. We also recommend you bring any inspirational photos and hair piece or veil. Time is also allotted to take photos and document your final selection. Preview sessions are highly recommended for all brides and should be scheduled 4 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding day. We ask that you inform your wedding party to arrive for their appointment with clean, dry hair. (If a shampoo and blow dry is necessary prior to an upstyle, there will be an additional $25 charge.) Please remind your party to wear a button down shirt for ease of removal after their hair and/or makeup is completed. If your attendants are having their makeup applied at Sasha Bella, please ask them to arrive with a clean, moisturized face, free of all makeup.
