Market Hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The event is held rain or shine. The display will remain open to the public during all operating hours of the show. 2. If your vehicle is NOT part of your booth, you must first unload items to you booth, park the vehicle in the parking lot and then complete your set up. All vehicles must be off the festival grounds by 8:30a.m. Thursday 3. Please bring all materials needed for set up. The resort will not provide dollies, etc. Empty boxes and trash must be disposed of properly before the show opens each day. 4. You agree to maintain a professional booth display with no hand printed signage, and agree to remove from the display all articles or signs objectionable to management.
Rules & Regulations
1. All vendors must provide an Insurance Certificate naming Seven Springs Mountain Resort as Additional Insured. 2. Booths must be staffed 15 minutes before the show opens each day. 3. Tearing down of displays is not permitted until 7 p.m. Saturday, nor are vehicles permitted on/off the festival grounds until after 7 p.m. Saturday. 4. Assignment of booth location will be at the resort’s discretion. Specific locations are NOT guaranteed. You may have a different location year to year. 5. Please keep your area litter free and orderly throughout the show.

Rinehart/IBO World Championship and Archery Festival VENDOR AGREEMENT The Parties This Agreement is between Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Inc. its owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (“Seven Springs”) and ( Exhibitor”). Background 1. Seven Springs will host the 2017 Rinehart/IBO World Championship and Archery Festival. This event includes a vendor area where exhibitors can lease space so that they can sell their items to guests. 2. Exhibitor wants to lease space during the 2017 Rinehart/IBO World Championship and Archery Festival. 3. Seven Springs and Exhibitor believe it will be helpful to have a written agreement setting forth their respective responsibilities. Terms and Conditions 1. In exchange for the mutual promises set forth below, Seven Springs and Exhibitor agree: A. That Seven Springs will consider Exhibitor’s application to participate in the craft show. Seven Springs determines which applications are accepted at its sole discretion. B. For those Exhibitors whose applications are accepted, Seven Springs will provide space for the Exhibitor at the festival, in accord with the option chosen by the Exhibitor: Exterior Space, Exhibitor provides own tent — 20’d x 30’w by 6/30 $600, after 6/30 $700 Exterior Space, Exhibitor provides own tent — 10’ x 20’ by 6/30 $400, after 6/30 $500 Interior Space — 10’dx10’w by 6/30 $600, after 6/30 $700 (i). Seven Springs’ acceptance of an Exhibitor’s application binds the Exhibitor to the payment agreed upon. Full payment must be received by Seven Springs with application. Exhibitors providing notice of cancellation received by Seven Springs on or before 4:30 p.m. on June 30 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after 4:30 p.m. June 30 will not result in a refund. (ii). Adverse weather and similar acts of God shall not be a basis for refund of fees paid. (iii). Seven Springs may terminate this Agreement without refund, direct Exhibitor to immediately discontinue all activities related to the festival, ban Exhibitor from Seven Springs premises, and have Exhibitor’s exhibit removed at Exhibitor’s expense, if Seven Springs determines, at its sole discretion, that Exhibitor has failed to comply with rules and instructions pertaining to the festival, or that Exhibitor has or is about to engage in unlawful conduct, or conduct which reflects poorly upon Seven Springs. C. Seven Springs does not rent tables for this event. Exhibitors must use their own tables, tablecloths, skirting and chairs. D. Participation is not guaranteed even for accepted Exhibitors as Seven Springs reserves the right to determine the number and types of Exhibitors. E. Exhibitor waives all rights to bring any claim against Seven Springs for, and release Seven Springs from all liability for, injuries to person or property he/she may suffer during the period that he/she is at Seven Springs for the festival. Exhibitor understands and acknowledges that this waiver and release encompasses claims based on the negligence of Seven Springs. It is Exhibitor’s intent that by signing this Agreement, he/she is giving up the right to sue Seven Springs even if he/she believes that his/her injuries were caused by some negligent act or omission by Seven Springs. It is also Exhibitor’s intent that this waiver and release apply at all times during his/her visit to Seven Springs, regardless of whether he/she is engaged in activities related to the exhibition of goods at the event, or activities of a personal/recreational nature, at the time that he/she is injured. F. Exhibitor will indemnify, defend, and hold Seven Springs harmless for all liability for any claims brought against Seven Springs where such claims arise out of or relate to: (1) injuries suffered by any employee, agent servant, or representative of Exhibitor while such person is at Seven Springs on the date that Exhibitor is participating in the festival; regardless of whether such person is, at the time of his/her injury, engaged in work, personal, or recreational activities; or, (2) injuries suffered by any person alleging that his/her injuries were caused, in whole or in part, by the negligent, grossly negligent, or intentional acts or omissions of Exhibitor, or any employee, agent, servant, or representative of Exhibitor. G. Exhibitor will comply with the instructions, rules, and regulations of Seven Springs pertaining to the festival, as well as any additional instructions, rule, and regulations which Seven Springs may disseminate. Failure to do so is grounds for immediately termination of this Agreement, without refund. H. Exhibitor is solely responsible for complying with all laws pertaining to the conduct of Exhibitor’s business; including, but not limited to, Federal, State, and local tax laws. 2. The parties agree that this Agreement is to be governed by Pennsylvania Law, and any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be litigated in the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
