Booth spaces are limited to 10’ X 6’. If your booth exceeds this size, you will need to purchase additional booth spaces in advance. Partial booths/extra areas are not available. Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their own booths and clearing their spaces at the end of the day. Electricity is very limited and available on a first come - first served basis. Vendor will provide his/her own electrical extension cords, if needed. Vendors must position and tape down or cover with mats to prevent a tripping hazard. The Belton Area Chamber of Commerce (BACOC) and Bell County Expo Center (BCEC) staff will have ultimate authority in this matter and reserve the right to remove any cord which is deemed to present a hazard. We reserve the right to restrict electrical use to amount specified on the application. The BACOC and the BCEC assume no responsibility for any property placed in or on its premises. Vendor agrees to release and discharge the BACOC and the BCEC from any liabilities for loss of damage to vendor’s property. Vendor’s are strongly encouraged to properly secure all merchandise between rodeo performances. The BACOC and the BCEC is not responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, theft, weather, etc. The BACOC reserves the right to relocate a booth in order to better distribute like merchandise. The BACOC further reserves the right to remove a vendor booth or merchandise, which exceeds its space. An email of confirmation and acceptance will be sent to you giving you the information on when and where registration will be available. Decisions of the Western Gift Show coordinators are final. ALL BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS ARE FINAL. Registration fees are non-refundable. No security is provided for early setups or overnight
