Project Experience: Accident Reconstruction – Bedford, PA Provided expert witness testimony for the defense of an accused for multiple vehicle, multiple fatality criminal case. Expert testimony demonstrated the police erred in their investigation. Fire Investigation/Product Failure Analysis– Huntington, WV An analysis of a $20 million dollar fire loss in a large steel pickling operation revealed a failed bearing as the cause. Accident Reconstruction – Canton, OH An insured’s truck was involved in a multi-vehicle accident that resulted in a large property loss and a fatality. Investigation showed the insured’s truck was not at fault.
