La Maison Franck Namani wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. We take the most absolute care and detail when designing and producing our products to give you only the best. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or require an exchange or refund, you must return the merchandise in its original Franck Namani package and in perfect condition, accompanied by the original invoice with a completed RETURN FORM within 14 working days from the date you received your order. Returns and exchanges will only be honored if the labels are intact and attached to the product(s) and that the returned product(s) are in perfect and unworn condition. Prepare the package to be returned by placing the carefully packed merchandise in its original packaging, in its original condition — not worn and in sellable condition with original labels included — accompanied by the invoice and this completed RETURN FORM. Close and send your package with the carrier of your choice (with acknowledgment of receipt). We would appreciate that you send us a copy of the invoice for your shipping as soon as possible. 4.
Upon receipt and after verification and validation of the returned package and its quality, we will choose whether to offer
