and effectively communicating all of the incredible work we do!. The Regular Giving program is one of Oaktree’s important initiatives to raise funds throughout the year. Our goal next year is to significantly grow our Regular Giving monthly donorship program. As part of this team, you’ll be contributing directly to Oaktree’s financial stability, allowing us to have the biggest impact possible towards ending poverty.

As a Regular Giving Calls Team Member, a typical day might look like: • Meeting regularly every week to jump on the phones and talk to some of our engaged supporters, asking them if they would like to become financial supporters. • Attending a training workshop where you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and confidence, learn about the complexities of poverty and how Oaktree is creating impact. • Having regular coaching with your supervisor to maintain performance and KPIs.
