Please check your order for packing errors and/or damaged products immediately upon receipt. Errors must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Packing errors. If you receive an item you did not order, or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 5 business days of receipt, and the error will be corrected as quickly as possible. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, but no additional charges will apply for shipments to correct packing errors. Damaged products. If you receive damaged merchandise, call us immediately. Because Weissman may have to file a claim with the freight carrier, we ask that you retain all packaging and paperwork. Items that are damaged or defective upon receipt will be replaced at no additional charge, provided you contact customer service within 5 days of receipt and retain all packaging and paperwork. Follow-up orders. Any additional items ordered after shipping of your initial order has begun will be processed as new, separate orders, and shipping will be scheduled based upon availability and ship dates in effect at the time the follow-up order is placed. Refunds. If you are eligible for a refund due to a return, cancellation, exchange or overpayment, please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing.
ORDER MANAGEMENT Visit the My Account section of Weissmans.com to review your order history and track shipments. Order confirmation. You will receive confirmation of your order via email once your order is received. Please review the confirmation immediately to ensure everything is correct and call Customer Service to report any discrepancies. Cancellations. Cancellations will be considered for any items not yet released for shipping. Call us immediately if you wish to cancel all or part of your order. Shipment dates. Your confirmation will contain the estimated shipping dates for your order. To avoid shipping delays, orders must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to the earliest assigned shipping date. Shipment confirmation. You will receive confirmation of shipment via email when your order (or any portion of your order) is shipped. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation before attempting to track your order.
PAYMENT A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time your order is placed. Orders must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to the earliest assigned shipping date. Credit and debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks. We accept personal and studio checks, money orders and certified checks. We cannot accept multiple checks collected from students or parents. When you remit a check as payment, you authorize Weissman to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. A $40.00 fee applies for each returned check. Delayed payments. If payment is not made in full at least 2 weeks prior to the earliest assigned shipping date, your order will be moved to the end of the queue, and a new ship date will not be assigned until such payment has been remitted. During high-order-volume periods, late payments may significantly delay your order.

RETURNS You have up to 45 days from the ship date to return items for an account credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please allow 7-10 days for processing. Be sure to send all items that are included as part of a costume, such as hair poufs, gloves, skirts, etc. You must have a return authorization number before sending back your item(s), so please contact a customer service representative before shipping anything. This number should be written on the outside of your package and on any paperwork you include. Please return your merchandise within 5 days of receiving your return authorization number. For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use UPS. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return/exchange item(s) to us. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and items are shipped as they become available. Best time to order. Heavy ordering season is from December to January; we encourage you to avoid delays by ordering early. If you’re in a crunch, look for in-stock, ready-to-ship styles on our website, where we list specific ship dates by style. Shipping delays. On rare occasions, items may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If an item in your order may be delayed, we will contact you immediately.

We are pleased to feature low, rate-quoted shipping.
