Police Unity Tour - Bobby Egbert asked that any delegates that have raised money for the Police Unity Tour to bring their donations to the next meeting.
An issue was brought to the floor regarding the Office of Medical Services acting as a treating physician for police officers that are injured at work. Port Authority Medical should not be a treating physician and should only be authorizing treatment from your physician. Any member who has been treated by Port Authority Medical should provide all documentation to their delegate who
will prepare a grievance. The delegate should submit it to the PBA office and provide all copies of any paperwork provided by Port Authority Medical for treatment. NEW BUSINESS:

9/11 Memotiai Museum Dedication Period May 15, 2014 to May 20, 2014 Dear Friend, The National September 11 Memorial Museum will open to the public on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. It is important to us that those who are so close to
the history of 9/11 are provided with the opportunity to visit the Museum before it opens to the general public. To this end, prior to the public opening, we will be holding a Dedication Period that includes special previews of the HMmry TtHU«
Museum for 9/11 family members, 9/11 rescue and recovery workers, active duty first responders from agencies that lost members in the 9/11 attacks, 9/11 survivors, and lower Manhattan residents and business owners. A ceremony within the Museum will begin the Dedication Period on Thursday, May 15. Since the capacity for the ceremony is limited, given the Museum's space constraints, we are holding a lottery for all stakeholders who are interested in attending this ceremony.
If you are an active duty member of the Port Authority Police Department or participated in the rescue and recovery, investigation, cleanup, and relief efforts after 9/11 at the World Trade Center site, Fresh Kills Landfill, the Pentagon, or the Flight 93 crash site, you are invited to preview the Museum during the Dedication Period from Thursday, May 15 through Tuesday, May 20. Access to the Museum during this period will be free, but reservations are required. Upon entry, you will be asked to provide identification to verify your selected affiliation. To reserve your free ticket(s) to preview the Museum during the Dedication Period and to enter a lottery for the ceremony, visit: www.9nmemorial.org/dedication.
During the Dedication Period, the Museum will remain open 24 hours per day,

which will serve as a small tribute to the thousands of Ground Zero rescue and recovery workers who worked around the clock in the aftermath of 9/11 as the city, the nation, and the world supported them. This will also help ensure the Museum is as accessible as possible to those who wish to visit.
We look forward to sharing the Museum with you. ;>» ::;yi-l-> I- ■-;■■
