Gourmet Pizza Display • $12 per person Our chefs revel in the challenge of both deconstructing the conventional understandings of this dish and paying homage to the traditions from the ‘old world’ and beyond that have shaped our perceptions of what pizza is. Italian Display • $14 per person We start with a traditional antipasto display featuring domestic and imported cheeses, cured meats, marinated and grilled vegetables and pair them with Insalata Caprese highlighting the classic pairing of garden fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. Wine service • from $6 per person (single course service) The beginning is the selection of your entrée and accompaniments combined with an understanding of your tastes and tendencies. Booking your Kalahari Wedding Kalahari’s sales office is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m on Saturdays. You will work with a Kalahari Wedding Specialist to plan every detail of your Kalahari Wedding. In addition to your wedding space, your Wedding Specialist will facilitate a block of guest rooms for your attendees. All on-site planning sessions are typically scheduled 6 months prior to the wedding based on availability. We are able to hold space for your Kalahari Wedding 12 months in advance of your wedding date (based on availability). A signed contract and deposit in the amount of $1,500 will act as your commitment to Kalahari Resort and enable us to begin planning your event and reserving your guest room accommodations. Deposits are required to confirm your wedding event space and special room rates, once the deposit is received it is non-refundable. A complimentary suite is offered for your special first night together in Kalahari Resort, based on availability. Suite upgrades are available at an additional charge.

Booking your Kalahari Wedding Kalahari Resort has an abundance of free self-parking for you and your guests. Valet parking can be arranged for your attendees at additional fees, please consult your Kalahari Wedding Specialist for current rates. Kalahari Resort has an exclusive referral list of event professionals to create a memorable event. Florists, decorators, and/or entertainers must schedule their move-in and move-out times with your Kalahari Wedding Specialist and must adhere to Resort policies and regulations. All move-ins and move-outs must occur through our loading dock and back-of-house areas. Move-ins and setups must be complete prior to guests arrival. Move-outs must occur promptly at the conclusion of the event. The Resort cannot be responsible for items left behind.

Kalahari Weddings Specialty Cakes Specialty cakes are the only food and/or beverage items that may be brought into the Kalahari Resort facility. Cake providers must schedule their setup with your Kalahari Wedding Specialist and must adhere to Resort policies and regulations. All move-ins and move-outs must occur through our loading dock and back-of-house areas. Move-ins and setups must be complete prior to guests arrival. If Kalahari is responsible for cutting and serving the wedding cake, the Resort staff will collect, wash and store any specialty cake equipment as directed by the cake provider for 24 hours. The Resort cannot be responsible for items left behind after this time.
Event Payment Full payment of all charges (including estimated amounts and consumption items) must be made 10 days prior to the beginning of the event. Please consult your Kalahari Wedding Specialist for further details.
Food and Beverage Guarantees and Service Charges All food and beverage must be provided by Kalahari Resort (with the exception of specialty cakes). All food and beverage, audio visual and other equipment is subject to a taxable service charge of 19% and 6.5% state and local taxes (service charge and tax rates subject to change). Final guarantees of attendance and/or quantities must be provided to your Wedding Specialist by noon, 3 days prior to your event. In the absence of a guarantee, the agreed amount as it appears on your Banquet Event Order will be used as your guarantee. Guarantees cannot be decreased after this time.
