Project Experience: Representative Environmental Compliance Experience Headworks Reservoir, Department of Water and Power, Los Angeles, CA Managed the overall environmental compliance of the project’s (8 acres) site with a budget of $1.3 million for Phase I. Developed the storm water pollution prevention plan required under the California Construction General Permit and implemented the plan during construction. Performed site inspections, weather and rain monitoring, storm water and non-storm water sampling, training for contractors, and compliance assurance. Served as agencies liaison.
