MEALS: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided as indicated in the itinerary. TIPS AND TAXES: Extra costs normally appearing on hotel and restaurant bills as “services” are included in tour price, as are all government and local taxes on hotels and meals. Airport fees, departure taxes and fuel surcharges are not included, and will be billed at time of ticketing. SIGHTSEEING: Travel will be by modern, air-conditioned motor coach, including services of English-speaking guide and entrance fees paid to all sites on itinerary. Masses at churches indicated are subject to availability. NOT INCLUDED: 1) Optional travel insurance is not included. Enclosed insurance recommendation form must be signed to acknowledge that you have read the recommendation. 2) Also not included are meals not included in itinerary, plus laundry, wines, liquors, sightseeing or services other than those specifically listed, items of a personal nature, and excess baggage charges. 3) *Airport fees, departure taxes and fuel surcharges are calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of ticketing, and will be billed at that time. ASSISTANCE: Pilgrims who require personal assistance must be accompanied by a paying passenger who will provide that assistance. DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION: A deposit of $500 per person is required to secure reservations, all of which will be applied to the price of the tour, with the balance to be paid in full no later than April 5, 2019. Written cancellations must be received by OCP Pilgrimages prior to March 4, 2019 to receive a refund. Participants who cancel after March 4, 2019, or after registration has been closed, are responsible for the entire cost of the pilgrimage. AIR TRANSPORTATION: Round trip air transportation is provided between Portland/Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv /Portland in economy class jet via United Air Lines. If pilgrims cancel after March 4, or after tickets are written, whichever comes first, 100 percent of airfare will be forfeited by passenger. All airfares are subject to government approval and may change without notice. INSURANCE: We recommend everyone purchase travel insurance. We urge this because insurance is not included in the tour price. Because of the cost of medical care outside the United States, and since Medicare does not provide coverage outside the U.S., there is the possibility that your own insurance provider may not cover you. Additionally, high costs are associated with escorted air evacuation. A Travel Insurance Recommendation form was mailed to you with the registration form. Both forms must be signed and returned to OCP Pilgrimages with your initial deposit. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY: OCP Pilgrimages and participating tour operators operate the land tours as agents of the hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and others who provide the actual land and sea arrangements. They are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss, damage or non-performance occurring in connection with these arrangements. Air carriers and other transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board. The contract in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of the tours and/or passage. MISCELLANOUS FEES: All changes must be received in writing and may incur a charge for each revision. Deposits received after March 4, 2019 may incur a late registration fee. LAND ARRANGEMENTS: The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary because of emergencies or extenuating circumstances beyond our control. Tour 2019-038
