Painting Instructions: Shade both sides of the pumpkin sections; around the leaves and stem with Burnt Orange. Highlight the centers of the pumpkin sections with Orange Flame and then with Primary Yellow. Line the grooves between the sections and shade again around the leaves with Heritage Brick. Shade the bottom of the stem with Burnt Sienna and highlight the Primary Yellow. Shade the leaves with Black Green and highlight with Margarita. Line the curly vine with Black Green. Shade the cat, under the hat; around the neck; under the coat; around the base of the tail; where the tail touches the coat and at the bottom of the legs with Lamp Black. Highlight the cat in the open areas; top and tip of the tail with Slate Grey. Fill in the eyes with Margarita & add a line of Lamp Black in the center of them. The nose is Lamp Black. I chose to ignore the teeth (fangs), but if you like them, paint them Warm White. Shade the hat at the bottom of the top and top of the brim with Victorian Blue and highlight with Warm White. Shade the coat around the neck and around the bottom with Royal Purple and highlight the open areas with Warm White. Brush Glamour Dust Glitter Paint Turquoise Sparkle on the hat and blue stars; Lemon Drop on the yellow stars; and Tiger Orange on the orange stars.
Finishing: Finish with several light coats of DecoArt Acrylic Spray Sealer/Finisher – Matte.
