Families with extreme hardships may apply for a partial fee waiver by obtaining a fee waiver form from the office and submitting it to the office within the first 30 days. Medications Authorized Medication Forms are available in the student handbook and must be completed by the parent/guardian and the physician to enable us to administer any medications. The completed form may be submitted directly to the office. Prom Any Forbush High School student who owes fees, must pay those fees to be eligible to attend the Prom. A student should be cleared at least one week prior to the Prom from the debt list. Guests must be 20 years old or younger to attend prom.

IF our courtyard area is found “messy” or un-kept, students will not be allowed to eat outside. The buildings will be closed at this time due to the classes that are taking place during lunch. Locker needs should be met between classes or during the Recovery Period. Lockers Students are allowed at their lockers with a teacher pass or between classes only. Locks are to remain on the locker at all times. Your homeroom teacher will assign you a locker and lock for the year.
