Tara is a qualified personal trainer with experience training individuals from a variety of backgrounds including city workers, housewives, professional athletes, models and fitness competitors. Coming from a competitive sporting background Tara has competed at a high level playing tennis and more recently a high level Bikini Fitness, reaching the British Finals. Training Method The training method requires you to go to a gym between 3-6x per week. For competitors you will need to be at the gym 5-6x sometimes twice per day. The plans are heavily gym based so please let me know if you don’t have access to a gym before signing up. Nutrition Method Yes your daily chocolate fix can stay. I love chocolate just as much as the next person. Working with me, you’ll learn how to make your diet fit your life. Adhering to a strict meal plan is no way to live your life – it allows for no flexibility and doesn’t teach you the tools you need to navigate your way around actual life with social events and co-workers bringing in cookies and cake. No foods are off limits, I work from evidence based studies and each person is given their macronutrient and calorie breakdown. Fitness should fit around your life not the other way round.
One to one coaching Based at The Gym, Hall Road, Norwich or Private Studio in Potter Heigham. Who do I work with? I work with ladies who are looking to make a change in their life, who want to get into weight training or maybe already are but need to be pushed further to reach their potential. Weights will change the shape of your body and with the correct training and nutrition plan you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve. Online Coaching Who do I work with? My coaching is geared towards those who have experience in a weights room and have been adhering to macronutrients on a constant basis. Due to the nature of online coaching, experience in the weight room is necessary to perform the compound movements correctly for safety reasons. I have worked with many different clients but some qualities will make the team a great match. Before applying please consider if you are: - 20+ years of age - Experience in the weights room and focused on correct form in compound movements - Experience adhering to nutrition plan and macronutrients breakdown - Willing to keep yourself accountable, I am a coach and I’ll give tough love when needed but with your best interests at heart - You’re familiar with my work and how I work. We would then write you a personalised training and diet plan. Once started, you will be required to send your pictures with weights and measurements weekly to ensure everything going in the right direction. *Please note that if you have a desire to compete them you must be willing to go to the gym at least 5 - 6 x weekly particularly in competition season www.tarahallfitness.com

Prices One to One Personal Training One off session/pay as you go £30 First 10 sessions £250 Direct debit after the first 10 sessions depending on how many sessions per week - £216 per month for 2 sessions per week Train with a friend One off session/pay as you go £40 First 10 sessions £300 Online Coaching Each new starter must commit to 12 weeks training £199 (non refundable, payable in one sum not instalments)
After the 12 weeks: If you wish to continue and we feel we can continue working with you, you have 2 options: - Monthly £50 per month by direct debit - Yearly you can pay at a discounted rate of £525 for 12 months (only can be done after initial 12 weeks)

FAQs/Important Information How long will it take for me to get my plan? Once we have all information back and PARQ has been signed on the app, photos and payment has cleared you will receive your first plan within 4 days. How do I check in? Please check in via the free app you have downloaded upon joining. Progress pictures front, side and back (full length in underwear or bikini) along with weight Will my training and nutrition plan change? Yes training every 4-6 weeks depending on progress and nutrition as and when needed. I will not change nutrition if I do not need to change it. You will need to check in with me to be able to change any plans. How long will it take me to see results? There is no answer, it depends on if you are following the programme, how well your body responds to the training and nutrition. Most people see results after 4 weeks + What do I do if I don’t like an exercise or it causes me pain? Tell me. How strict is the diet? I use a flexible dieting approach where no foods are off limits as long as they fit into your macronutrients and calories. I will send you a list of whole foods where the majority of your calories should come from but don’t be afraid to add in some chocolate if it fits in the range. How hard is the training? The training is designed to be tough, depending on your experience level. I continually progress exercises and volume/load so you will constantly progress in the gym. Competing - I cannot approve pre booked shows prior to joining if you are not ready to compete. Getting ready to compete often takes longer than 12 weeks, there are so many other factors we need to take into consideration such as body shape and stage presentation. - The time it will take you to compete differs from person to person, I need to see how to respond to training and nutrition first before we set a show date. - 12 weeks is minimum sign up to online coaching - No instalments can be made on the joining fee - Unfortunately no refunds can be given - Please do not sign up with me if you have an existing trainer you still wish to train with One to one personal training - I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, cancellations made within this time frame will be forfeited. - If you are more than 15 minutes late to the session without prior warning, session will be forfeited. - Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to rearrange the session, I try to be as flexible as possible
