Harassment, Discrimination, and Bias Reporting CORNELL POLICY
Cornell University will not tolerate sexual abuse, rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, sexual coercion, or other forms of sexual violence by or against students, staff, faculty, alumni, or visitors. University Policy 6.4 prohibits all members of the university community from engaging in prohibited discrimination, protected-status harassment, sexual harassment, and sexual assault/violence. Cornell’s Title IX coordinators oversee all Title IX complaints and take steps to identify and address any patterns or systemic problems that arise during the review of such complaints. Members of the university community who have relevant information must cooperate with the university's investigations into prohibited discrimination, protected-status harassment, or bias activity. Policy 6.4 provides definitions and explains the procedures employed for investigating and adjudicating allegations of sexual misconduct.

Harassment and discrimination: The Office of Workforce Policy and Labor Relations at 391 Pine Tree Road administers procedures related to alleged violations of prohibited discrimination and protected status harassment involving employees and reports of such activity should be made by using the online reporting form, contacting them by phone at 254-7232 or email at
[email protected]. Sexual violence or assault: contact Cornell University Police at (607) 255-1111, use the online reporting form, or contact a Title IX coordinator via

More information about Title IX can be found at titleix.cornell.edu. Bias: The Department of Inclusion and Workforce Diversity (150 Day Hall or 255-1426) administers procedures related to alleged bias activity. To report bias incidents or related concerns, use the online reporting form or send an email to
[email protected]. Issues related to the Campus Code of Conduct:Alleged violations should be reported to the Judicial Administrator at 255-4680 or
[email protected].
