Name: _____________________________ Address: _______________________________ City: ______________________________ State: ________________ Zip: _____________ Phone: _____________________________ E-mail: _______________________________ Please rank which committees you are most interested in, with number one indicating the most interest. ____ Academic Rodeo—organizes the Math & Spelling Bees plus other academic contests. ____ Ambassadors—provides extra service by recognizing special guests and sponsors. _____ Animal Welfare—ensures the safety of all animals on the grounds during the Fair & Rodeo. _____ Back Porch Club—provides added customer service to patrons of the Back Porch Club. _____ Calf Scramble—helps secure financial aid utilized by area kids in purchasing animals to show at the next year’s Fair. _____ Children’s Barnyard—helps facilitate the H-E-Buddy Barnyard during the Fair as well as, the Rodeo Zone. _____ Continuing Education—helps raise funds for college scholarships to the youth of McLennan County and surrounding areas. _____ Creative Arts and Education—provides demonstration, displays and competitive events that involve the creative arts. _____ Decorations—develops the festive look for the Extraco Events Center. _____ Educational Tours—assists with educational tours given throughout the week of the Fair, showing over 2,000 students all there is to see. _____ Information & Services—provides general information for all visitors. _____ Livestock—produces each livestock show and judging contest. _____ Livestock Greeters—makes sure each Livestock Show participant has a friendly and informative greeting upon their arrival. _____ Margarita & Salsa Festival—produces one of the greatest outdoor concerts in central Texas. _____ Multicultural—looks at new and innovative ways to keep the Fair & Rodeo fun for everyone. _____ Operations—works closely with the staff to ensure proper placement and design of the grounds layout and signage. _____ Public Relations—ensures that central Texas knows what’s happening at the Fair, through social media outlets. _____ Research & Development—surveys and researches ways to keep the Fair & Rodeo current and a destination for all. _____ Rodeo—produces nine PRCA rodeo performances during the course of the Fair and three performances during the RAM Texas Circuit Finals. _____ Rodeo Express—greets and transports guests to and from their vehicles during the Fair, they also provide valuable information to those riding the Rodeo Express buses. _____ Special Events—organizes the annual Fair Parade, produces the Wiener Dog Nationals and the Karaoke contests. _____ Sponsorship Development—works closely with the sponsorship department to maintain and grow current sponsorship relations. _____ Sweethearts—helps local high school girls provide promotional support for the Fair & Rodeo. _____ South 40—with ages ranging from 21 to 40, this group organizes the Locked & Loaded party and the South 40 Shootout, while raising money for scholarships.
