Using your knowledge of government, creatively design a society that would be the perfect society in which to live. Essentially, you will be designing your own utopia.
Directions: Answer the following questions on your poster or paper:
1. How will your society choose its leader(s)? Or, will there be no leaders? 2. How will your society establish laws? Give 3 laws your society will have. 3. How will members of your society make money? Or, will they even need money?
Now, turn your poster or paper over to the blank side and draw a flag to represent your utopia. Give your utopia a name. Your flag and society name should embody everything your society is about. Think of symbols that will represent your utopia.
On a later date, you will be presenting these ideas to the class. Be prepared to defend your decisions and explain how this form of government will be successful.
