FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS: The GNR/Cow Palace reserves the right to retain exclusive concession rights on certain foods and drink items through their contracted vendor CenterPlate. Food vendors will preclude these foods and drink items from distribution unless otherwise stipulated by the GNR Management and CenterPlate. No cans, no glass bottles or glass allowed, food and/or beverages must be served in paper products, no “black” plastic utensils, and compostable bags must be BPI approved.
Food Vendors Stands MUST be approved by the San Mateo County Department of Health. ALL HEALTH PERMIT DOCUMENTS (COMPLETED) AND FEES MUST BE IN OUR OFFICE NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 1st , 2018 NO EXCEPTIONS.
